Ludwigia super red mini is a popular aquarium plant that is known for its bright red coloration. This plant is part of the family Onagraceae and is a variation of Ludwigia palustris. The leaves of the plant are narrow, pointed and serrated, and turn bright red when grown under high light intensity. The Ludwigia super red mini grows very quickly and requires intense lighting and CO2 injection for it to reach its full potential. It can be planted into substrate or as a stem plant, and will grow up to 10cm with proper maintenance. This aquatic plant provides an excellent contrast to green plants in any aquarium and adds a brilliant burst of color.
