How do I return an item?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Nature Aquatics Nepal. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to request a return.
Items being returned must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny any returns that do not meet these requirements. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We will assess any damage and each return will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Can I return live plants and fish?
Due to the delicate nature of live goods, we cannot accept returns on live plants and fish. However, if there is an issue with your live goods upon receipt, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
How do I request an exchange?
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. The cost of shipping for the exchange order will be the responsibility of the customer.
